About The Position
A McDonald’s Crew Member provides friendly, fast, and accurate service while maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Crew Members work as part of a team to prepare food, serve customers, and support daily operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- No prior experience required; training provided
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, process payments, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Prepare menu items following McDonald’s food safety and quality standards.
- Assemble and package orders quickly and correctly for dine‑in, drive‑thru, and delivery.
- Keep workstations, dining areas, restrooms, and equipment clean and sanitized throughout the shift.
- Work with other crew members and managers to meet service goals and maintain smooth operations.
- Follow all food safety procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Refill supplies, organize products, and assist with truck deliveries when needed.
