The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering excellent guest service and preparing high-quality food and beverages. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests in person and at the drive-thru
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and other menu items according to company standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure quick service and order accuracy
- Assist with restocking, prep work, and cleaning duties
- Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs
