CO Crew Member
About The Position
The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience and high-quality food. The position may involve front-of-house, back-of-house, or both areas depending on business needs. Crew Members work in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant environment and may adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts. The role includes serving guests, preparing food according to Wingstop standards, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, operating kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems, and supporting team operations. The restaurant environment includes exposure to heat, noise, and kitchen equipment. The job description is not comprehensive, and duties may change based on business needs. Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a team-oriented approach.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently; and perform repetitive motions, including hand and wrist movements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment.

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone.
- Prepare food according to Wingstop standards, including cooking, saucing, and plating menu items.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.
- Assist with restocking, inventory, and basic cleaning duties.
- Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs.
