About The Position

Wingstop is a restaurant that has been serving fresh, made-to-order wings since 1994, aiming to provide a full-on flavor experience with great food and service. At Wingstop, every role is valued, contributing to a bold, fun, and fast-moving environment. As a Crew Member, you will be instrumental in delivering world-class service and flavor to guests. This role offers two dynamic specializations: Guest Service Expert, focusing on customer interaction, order taking, and ensuring a positive experience; and Flavor Expert, responsible for kitchen operations, including prepping fresh sides, hand-saucing orders, and ensuring meals are hot, fresh, and flavorful. The position requires upholding food safety and cleanliness standards, collaborating with the team during busy periods, being adaptable to help wherever needed, and consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
