Responsibilities
- Manage front counter, mobile orders, kiosk support, and drive-thru handout
- Keep the lobby clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
- Deliver memorable greetings, service, and thank-yous
- Earn positive mentions in VOICE surveys
- Work fast, stay sharp, and remain coachable
