About The Position

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking energetic and communicative individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you will be trained to work every position in the restaurant, from the register to the grill, and participate in both morning prep and evening close. Our unique work environment features an open kitchen, fostering a fun, loud atmosphere with constant team communication. Crew members are integral to the customer experience, with their burger creation being a key part of the show. We also offer a unique crew bonus program that provides the opportunity to earn cash bonuses twice weekly, allowing crew members to significantly increase their income.
