About The Position

The Crew Member performs a variety of duties in a fast-food establishment. Duties may include cleaning food and stock areas, operating fryers and microwaves, working on the food-preparation production line, assisting in the kitchen, and maintaining inventory. The role also includes other responsibilities as directed by the business or assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position at New Orleans Airport F&B, with advertised compensation of $15.50 to $16.00.

The Crew Member helps keep customer areas, workstations, and equipment clean and stocked; welcomes customers and follows HMSHost customer-service policies; and maintains knowledge of the unit’s products and services. The role involves moving supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, receiving inventory, lifting and moving food and beverage products and supplies, and assisting with kitchen-related tasks as needed.
