About The Position

The Crew Member performs a variety of duties in a fast food establishment, including cleaning food or stock areas, operating fryers and microwaves, working on the food preparation line, assisting in the kitchen, and maintaining inventory. The role also includes other responsibilities as directed by the business or management. This is a non-exempt position.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and to converse comfortably with customers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stock customer eating areas, workstations, and equipment.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and follow HMSHost customer service policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the products and services available in the unit.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
• Assist with kitchen-related functions as needed.
• Receive inventory and move and lift food, beverage products, and supplies.
• Perform other responsibilities as directed by the business or management.
