About The Position

Paradies Lagardère is seeking passionate individuals to fill Crew Member roles in a diverse and inclusive retail and dining environment at their Tropical Smoothie café located in OKC. This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities within award-winning concepts. The role involves delivering "Unparalleled Hospitality" to customers, ensuring a clean and well-stocked work environment, accurate order taking, and assisting with opening and closing duties. The job also emphasizes creating first-class experiences for the traveling public.

Requirements

Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.
Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.

Responsibilities

Delivers “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our café
Interacts with crew leaders, customers, and vendors
Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly in stock and stored
Accurate order taking, includes repeating order to customer at time of order
Setting up or closing down the dining room, restrooms, and patios
Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties and re-stocking
Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes guests drink and food order within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system.
Handles money, processes credit and debit card, makes change, while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products. Make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.
Create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
