Requirements

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers and co-workers on a consistent basis.

Nice To Haves

0-1 year experience in food service
0-1 year experience in cash handling

Responsibilities

Helping with customer needs as they enter and interact in the store.
Working the front counter.
Being responsible for customer service.
Making sandwiches.
Interacting with customers and co-workers on a continual basis.
Completing other tasks associated with operating a store.
Upholding the highest level of all of Jersey Mike’s operational standards.
Providing food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high-quality standards.
Providing service that is above and beyond for the customer.
Maintaining a clean store and workplace.
Set up of the store, including food preparation.
Food safety and sanitation, including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, etc.
Usage of slicer (18 years old and above only).
Usage of tomato slicer (17 years old and above only).
Following directives of the General Manager in execution of responsibilities.
Providing customer service at the highest level possible throughout the restaurant.
Ensuring the restaurant follows standards of Jersey Mike’s Franchise System.
