As a Crew Member, you will work alongside experienced field crews on a variety of construction and utility projects including underground utilities, fiber installation, excavation, site preparation, and infrastructure development. Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Team-oriented mindset
• Construction or utility experience is helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• CDL is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction, excavation, and utility installation projects
• Operate hand tools and assist with equipment setup and cleanup
• Support crews with trenching, site preparation, and material handling
• Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite protocols
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic on every jobsite
• Represent the company with professionalism and respect in the field
