The Crew Member’s role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all guests of Blake’s Lotaburger stores. All crew members are expected to adopt an attitude that is passionate about our food and fanatical about our process. Crew members will be assigned to one of six assignments during each shift and are expected to quickly learn and be proficient in all of them, including: Cashier/Counter Help & Drive-Thru Window, Assembly Table, Fry Station, Grill Station, Prep Station and Housekeeping. Blake's Lotaburger has been serving what National Geographic named “The World’s Best Green Chile Cheeseburger” for 70 years across 80 locations throughout New Mexico, Texas & Arizona, founded by WWII Navy Veteran, Blake Chanslor, in 1952. Blake’s is a cultural icon and synonymous with New Mexico cuisine.
