About The Position

Cheba Hut started back in 1998 in Tempe, Arizona, with a dream to craft tasty, stoner-approved toasted subs and munchies from scratch, create a laid-back workplace for friends, and do it all in a relaxed environment where people could escape the grind. Elevated Huts, Inc is Cheba Hut "Toasted" Sub's largest franchisee with 25 locations managed in Colorado and Nevada. We are currently looking to grow our team. As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of Cheba Hut — crafting tasty subs, providing genuine service, and helping create the fun, relaxed atmosphere we’re known for.

Requirements

No experience? No problem. Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Must be at least 18 years old
A great attitude, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-driven environment
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle the hustle of a busy shop
Think “shop first”/"customer first.”
Demonstrate integrity.
Demonstrate self-direction.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully to employees and customers.
Ability to work with a diverse team and culture.
Food safety/handling training (as required by state).
Must operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with personality
Handcraft food to order while keeping quality and safety first
Rock the register — take orders, handle cash, and process payments
Keep the shop fresh: clean as you go and maintain sanitation standards
Jump in where needed — from prepping fresh ingredients to helping teammates crush the rush
