Crew Member
About The Position
Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who have the opportunity to gain work experience across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, and effective communication. This role is for individuals who enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is their profession. Candidates can apply to be considered for various part-time opportunities such as Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, and Front Desk Membership Sales. An application is required, but prior work experience is not necessary.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to both remain stationary and move around the park for long periods of time to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs and requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Ability to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role (in an industry like entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.)
- Customer service or sales experience
