About The Position

Cheba Hut started back in 1998 in Tempe, Arizona, with a dream to craft tasty, stoner-approved toasted subs and munchies from scratch, create a laid-back workplace for friends, and offer a relaxed environment where people could escape the grind. Elevated Huts, Inc, Cheba Hut "Toasted" Sub's largest franchisee with 25 locations in Colorado and Nevada, is looking to grow its team. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of Cheba Hut, crafting tasty subs, providing genuine service, and helping create the fun, relaxed atmosphere the company is known for. This role offers opportunities for career growth into Shift Leader, Trainer, and beyond.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to handle the hustle of a busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with personality.
• Handcraft food to order while keeping quality and safety first.
• Operate the register: take orders, handle cash, and process payments.
• Maintain sanitation standards and clean as you go.
• Prep fresh ingredients.
• Assist teammates during busy periods.
