About The Position
Hot Chi is bringing fire, flavor, and Second City swagger to every plate. We serve up Nashville-style hot chicken with heart, hustle, and hospitality—and we’re hiring crew members who can match that energy. You’ll rotate across five key stations, keeping service fast, food fresh, and vibes high: Fryer Station – Handle our signature tenders and fries with precision and care Cold Station – Build fresh sides, slaws, and sauces Hot Station – Assemble sandwiches and meals with speed and accuracy Expeditor – Check every order for quality and send it out right Cashier – Take orders with a smile and keep the front tight We cross-train all crew members, so you'll gain experience in every part of the kitchen.
