About The Position

Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is seeking individuals to join their team as Crew Members. Requirements

  • Basic computer skills for online training.
  • Basic math skills for counting money and making change.
  • Physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.
  • Minimum age requirements may apply.
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

  • Promote a positive team environment by arriving on time and ready to work at the start of scheduled shifts.
  • Demonstrate respect and dignity in interactions with team members and guests.
  • Follow store communication guidelines.
  • Respond positively to coaching and feedback, and show passion for learning.
  • Be accountable for designated responsibilities during shifts.
  • Dedicate oneself to learning and executing multiple tasks.
  • View guests as the highest priority and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Be empowered to respond to guest needs and resolve problems with urgency.
  • Adhere to established Brand and Quality Brand Group LLC standards for food and beverage quality.
  • Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, including compliance with applicable laws.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment, including stocking, taking out trash and cardboard, and cleaning guest areas and restrooms.
  • Adhere to uniform standards: hat, name tag, clean pressed apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans without rips or holes, and non-slip shoes.
