CO Crew Member
About The Position
The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience and high-quality food. The position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs. Crew Members work in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant environment and may take on varying responsibilities during shifts. The role requires providing friendly and efficient guest service, preparing food according to Wingstop standards, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, operating kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems, and supporting the team with restocking, inventory, and basic cleaning duties. The restaurant environment includes exposure to heat, noise, and kitchen equipment. Employees must follow safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment where required. Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently; and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment.

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone.
- Prepare food according to Wingstop standards, including cooking, saucing, and plating menu items.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.
- Assist with restocking, inventory, and basic cleaning duties.
- Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs.
