Responsibilities

Welcome guests, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
Prepare and assemble BBQ plates and menu items according to Good BBQ Company recipes, portions, and quality standards
Keep workstations, dining areas, equipment, and restrooms clean, organized, and ready for guests
Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
Restock food, supplies, and condiments throughout the shift
Follow food-safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times
Support teammates during busy periods so guests receive great food and service without compromise
Complete assigned opening, closing, cleaning, and other shift responsibilities
