As a Crew Member, you will develop skills to deliver world-class service and flavor to guests, stepping into dynamic roles such as Guest Service Expert or Flavor Expert. A Guest Service Expert focuses on customer interaction, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. A Flavor Expert works in the kitchen, prepping sides, hand-saucing orders, and ensuring meals are hot, fresh, and ready to impress.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Deliver exceptional guest service or prepare crave-worthy meals, sometimes both in the same shift
