About The Position

As a Crew Member, you will develop the skills to deliver world-class service and flavor to guests, stepping into one of two dynamic roles: Guest Service Expert or Flavor Expert. A Guest Service Expert focuses on customer interaction, taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. A Flavor Expert works in the kitchen, prepping fresh-made sides, hand-saucing every order to perfection, and ensuring each meal leaves the kitchen hot, fresh, and ready to wow.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Deliver exceptional guest service or prepare crave-worthy meals, sometimes both in the same shift
