About The Position

Founded in 1988, Moisture Loc provides waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, mold remediation, drainage and structural foundation services including foundation repair. The primary service region is the Charlotte Metropolitan area. Services are provided for new residential construction as well as existing homes. Today, Moisture Loc is the largest family-owned residential waterproofing company in the Carolinas. Requirements

Previous Construction and Home Improvement experience preferred
Ability to pass pre-employment screening including a background check
Clean record and valid driver’s license
Able to start work at 7am and work to 5pm Monday to Friday and occasionally Saturday

Responsibilities

Traveling ON TIME to the office with a reliable vehicle
Traveling ON TIME to scheduled appointments using a company vehicle
Completing on-site projects which includes: exterior waterproofing, interior water management systems, yard drainage systems, crawl space encapsulation systems, R19 insulation (can include removal of existing insulation), and excavations manually or with heavy equipment.
