About The Position
Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking energetic and communicative individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you will be trained to work every position in the restaurant, from register to grill, and participate in both morning prep and evening close. Our unique work environment fosters teamwork and allows crew members to gain experience in all aspects of restaurant operations. We offer an open kitchen experience that is fun, loud, and emphasizes team communication, with burger creation being a key part of the customer experience. We also have a unique crew bonus program that provides the opportunity to earn cash bonuses twice weekly, allowing crew members to potentially earn higher incomes.
