As a Crew Member at Ruby's, you are the heartbeat of the Cousin Experience. You're at the counter, you're on the floor, you're the first voice a Cousin hears and the last one they remember. You greet, you serve, you sell with pride, and you send every Cousin home feeling like family. Whether this is your first ever job or you've been in hospitality for years, the role is the same: show up with energy, care about the people in front of you, and take pride in every single interaction.

Responsibilities

Welcome every Cousin who walks in — warm, by name if you know it, always with genuine energy
Take orders accurately and confidently using our Toast POS system (we'll train you on this)
Talk about the food with passion — know the menu, love the food, share that love with every Cousin
Keep the counter, dining area, and your station clean and stocked — proactively, not just when someone asks
Handle payments accurately — cash, card, and online orders
Assist Cousins with catering pickup orders — confirm the order, hand it off warmly
Send every Cousin off right: "Thank you for the pull-up, Cousin. Come back home soon."
Participate in the team huddle at the start of every shift — learn the daily dish, get your assignment, and share a good moment
Be a team player — help where it's needed, not just where it's assigned
