About The Position

The role of a Crew Member, referred to as a 'Cousin,' is central to the 'Cousin Experience,' involving greeting, serving, and ensuring guests feel like family. The position is open to individuals with or without prior hospitality experience, emphasizing character, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every Cousin who walks in with genuine energy, addressing them by name if known.
• Take orders accurately and confidently using the Toast POS system.
• Discuss menu items with passion, sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for the food.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the counter, dining area, and personal station proactively.
• Handle cash, card, and online payments accurately.
• Assist Cousins with catering pickup orders, confirming and handing them off warmly.
• Ensure every Cousin has a positive departure experience with a warm farewell.
• Participate in team huddles at the start of each shift to learn daily specials and assignments.
• Act as a team player by assisting where needed, beyond assigned tasks.
