About The Position

Seeking candidates with an amazing and positive attitude to serve our wonderful customers. This is a Part Time or Full Time position. No experience is required, as on-the-job training is provided. However, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and good communication skills are important qualities for a successful crew member. Additionally, physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary. We are a customer-oriented business that focuses on providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for customers. To be successful in this role, a candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Taking customer orders and ensuring accurate entry into the point-of-sale system.
Handling cash transactions and making change.
Preparing food items such as salsas and aguas frescas, and other menu items according to restaurant standards.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning counters, windows, restocking supplies, and keeping the dining area clean.
Providing excellent customer service, answering menu questions, and suggesting items.
Working effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient and accurate task completion.
Cash Handling.
Charging Orders.
Packing Orders.
Taking Orders.
Cleaning.
Re-stocking.
Other related job duties as assigned.
