About The Position

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is a successful hamburger concept known for its food and employees. We offer a unique work environment where crew members are trained to work every position in the restaurant, from the register to the grill, including morning prep and evening close. Our crew members become a team working in all aspects of the restaurant. We also have a unique crew bonus program that provides the opportunity to earn cash bonuses twice a week, allowing crew members to earn higher incomes. The restaurant features an open kitchen experience, making it fun and loud with significant team communication, where the crew's burger creation is part of the customer experience.
