About The Position

We’re looking for friendly, reliable Crew Members to join our McDonald’s team. In this role, you’ll provide fast, accurate, and welcoming service while helping keep the restaurant running smoothly. No experience is required — we provide full training.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare menu items following McDonald’s food safety and quality standards.
• Assemble and package orders quickly and correctly for dine‑in, drive‑thru, and delivery.
• Maintain clean workstations, dining areas, restrooms, and equipment throughout your shift.
• Work closely with fellow crew members and managers to meet service goals.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Refill supplies, organize products, and assist with deliveries when needed.
