About The Position
As a Crew Member at Auntie Annes Cinnabon, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. You will prepare and serve our signature baked goods and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required-training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and with enthusiasm.
- Assist customers in selecting menu items and answer any questions about the products.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the cash register.
- Prepare and bake signature menu items according to company standards and recipes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in all preparation areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily opening/closing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen, dining, and storage spaces.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
