Requirements

No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 16 years of age (or meet local minimum age requirements)

Responsibilities

Greet and assist drive-thru customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
Take and process customer orders accurately using the drive-thru system
Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to Sonic's recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and drive-thru work area
Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and blenders safely and efficiently
Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy at the drive-thru window
Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth service throughout each shift
Collaborate with team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
