About The Position

Taco Time NW is hiring a Crew Member to prepare food and serve guests while contributing to a friendly, high-quality dining experience. The role includes preparing ingredients and menu items, following recipes and food-safety procedures, operating food-preparation equipment, and helping serve orders and meet guest needs. The position offers flexible schedules and a structured training program.

Requirements

Food handlers permit.
Strong commitment to quality customer service and ability to work with a team.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to listen attentively to guests and team members.
Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, and to look for ways to improve and promote quality.
Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

Wash and prepare raw food ingredients, following printed recipe cards or the company operators manual.
Operate power-driven machinery to prepare food ingredients.
Cook, sauté, boil, and fry food products.
Ensure food is cooked, reheated, cooled to safe temperatures, dated, rotated, and stored according to health regulations.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu.
Assist with serving orders and tending to guests’ needs.
