About The Position
Crumbl is the nation's largest gourmet dessert company, with over 1,100 stores across the U.S. and Canada. We rotate our menu of cookies, cakes, cups and pies EVERY week, giving our customers many reasons to always try something new. Our "Open Bakery" concept gives customers a front-row seat as we prepare their desserts from scratch! Bakery Crew Positions offer a wide range of opportunities to support our production and/or retail sales activities. Bakers can be a career for those not looking for management, a stepping stone to get into management, or simply just a part-time way to earn. Dough production shifts are typically daytimes, while more customer service focused roles are needed afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays all day (we are closed Sundays). You only need a great attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for perfection. Earn raises as you complete training milestones.
Requirements
- At least 17 years old (required to operate mixing equipment)
- Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date
- Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and weekly menu training
- If scheduled for closing shifts, you must be available until 10:45 pm on weeknights or 11:45 on Friday and Saturday nights
