About The Position

In this lively support role, the Crew Member champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork. This involves prioritizing and completing tasks that are crucial for the store's operation, adhering strictly to sanitation, food, and safety standards, and fostering a welcoming environment for every guest. The role includes mastering all stations, preparing pizzas, handling transactions, making menu suggestions, promoting specials and loyalty programs, and going the extra step to assist guests. Back of house duties involve safely operating and cleaning equipment, following procedures for product preparation, storage, and rotation, and performing runner or dishwashing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Desire to be a team player with a great attitude!
• Ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests!
• Knowledgeable in food safety.
• Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to bend and stoop, kneel or crouch.
• Must be able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping and mopping.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete tasks that could jeopardize the store's operation.
• Adhere to sanitation, food, and safety standards.
• Foster a welcoming environment for guests.
• Master all stations, preparing pizzas, handling transactions, and making menu suggestions.
• Share specials, add-on sales, loyalty, and other beneficial programs with guests.
• Assist guests by opening doors or carrying pizzas to their cars.
• Follow proper transaction procedures for all methods of tender.
• Master Papa Murphy's standards for safely operating and cleaning all equipment.
• Follow all procedures for making, prepping, storing, and rotating all products to ensure quality.
• Perform the duties of the runner or dish person whenever necessary.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance at work.
