About The Position

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Crew Members/Shift Leads. This role offers a unique work environment where employees are trained to work every position in the restaurant, from the register to the grill, and participate in both morning prep and evening close. Requirements

Energy and stamina to work in a team-based environment.
Ability to work at a fast pace with on-the-line communication and job rotation.
Good communication skills for real-time support and collaboration with teammates.
Ability to learn and follow company standards, policies, and procedures.
Reliable form of transportation to arrive at work at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your shift.
