About The Position

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will perform a variety of landscape management tasks—including mowing, trimming, mulching, and planting—while working collaboratively with a team under the direction of a Field Manager. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Requirements

  • Safety-first mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety regulations, promoting safe work practices, and wearing proper PPE at all times
  • Physically capable of routinely lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials weighing up to 50 pounds outdoors in variable weather conditions
  • Energetic, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in a variety of weather conditions
  • Consistently report to work on time and maintain dependable attendance
  • Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of landscape maintenance duties while following Field Manager direction, property specifications, and maintenance standards to ensure quality workmanship and timely service completion.
  • Support routine landscape maintenance services such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, planting, and seasonal clean-ups to maintain healthy and attractive properties
  • Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools and landscape maintenance equipment—including mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, bed edgers, and other walk-behind or ride-on machinery
  • Support safe and efficient daily operations through jobsite setup and cleanup, debris removal, material handling, and the transport, cleaning, and basic maintenance of equipment and tools
  • Assist with monitoring landscape conditions and reporting irrigation issues, plant health concerns, property damage, or other maintenance needs to supervisors.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily maintenance activities, property conditions, equipment or material needs, safety concerns, and service quality.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment while adhering to all safety protocols, company procedures, and industry best practices
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance on job sites and represent the company with professionalism at all times
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall team operations
