About The Position

Dreamfinders is seeking a Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader for Innovative Enterprise Landscaping in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a Temp-to-Hire role with long-term potential — full relocation is covered, including housing, travel, and transportation. The role involves leading and supervising a landscaping crew, performing lawn mowing and general landscape maintenance, operating a truck with a trailer, ensuring quality of work, and providing guidance to crew members. Daily reports and minor incident management are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in landscape maintenance and property work
• Ability to operate truck with trailer
• Basic English or Spanish acceptable (minimal client interaction)

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on client properties
• Perform lawn mowing and general landscape maintenance
• Operate truck with trailer safely and efficiently
• Ensure quality of work meets client expectations
• Provide guidance and direction to crew members
• Complete daily reports and manage minor on-site incidents
