About The Position

We are immediately hiring Crew Leaders for our Mansfield thrift store. The Crew Leader will assist the store manager and production manager in daily store operations. Preferred applicants will have 1 to 3 years of management experience. We are offering $13.00/hr. to $15.00/hr. – based on experience and a generous benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and a 403b with company match – for full-time and part-time employees who qualify. Applicants are welcome to walk in and apply in person during store hours.

• Retail experience
