About The Position

The Crew Leader will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates. The shift is from 10:30PM-7:00AM Sunday through Thursday. Requirements

Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary
Full-time Wilson Associate
Previous experience with SAP RF Receiving
Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities
Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously
Desire to grow with our company
An attention to detail where accuracy is key
An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism

Previous leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and coordinating with the warehouse management system.
Organize and optimize the layout of the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored in the most efficient and accessible manner.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and clean work environment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control to resolve any issues or concerns.
