You're the go-to on shift- keeping the flow smooth, the team on point, and the guests feeling like VIPs. You're not just working in the shift-you're owning it.
Requirements
- Leadership experience (or natural leadership energy)
- A love for people and a knack for team-building
- Quick on your feet, cool under pressure
- 18+ with reliable availability (weekends and evenings too)
- You're the kind of person others want on their team
Responsibilities
- Lead the squad like a boss (but, like, a chill boss)
- Jump in wherever needed-grill, register, drive-thru, dancing fries (okay maybe not that last one... maybe)
- Keep things clean, safe, and running like clockwork
- Train new crew members like a pro (high-fives encouraged)
- Solve problems, answer questions, keep the vibes high
- Make sure every burger, shake, and fry is just right
- Keep the energy up, even when the lunch rush hits hard
