The City of Greensboro is seeking a Crew Leader to lead a small field crew responsible for asphalt installation, pavement repairs, utility cuts, and pothole repairs on public streets and City property. As a Crew Leader, you'll lead a two-person field crew responsible for repairing potholes, pavement failures, and utility cuts while helping maintain the City's transportation infrastructure. This is a working supervisor position. You'll spend your time in the field alongside your crew while also planning, organizing, coordinating, and reporting on assigned projects. The Crew Leader is a working supervisor responsible for leading a small crew of approximately two employees in construction and maintenance activities. You will report to a Section Supervisor and be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and reporting assigned work in support of the overall Field Operations work plan.
