About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable Crew Leader to oversee daily job site operations while working alongside crews to deliver safe, high-quality industrial cleaning and maintenance services. This role combines hands-on fieldwork with team supervision to ensure efficient execution and strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with tools, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems preferred
  • Prior experience in outdoor manual labor or industrial work environments
  • MPW certification (or ability to obtain) in water blasting, wet/dry vacuuming, or wash truck operation
  • Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair; prior maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform physically demanding labor throughout 8–12 hour shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces or at heights
  • Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and tools in industrial environments
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, in environments with dust, chemicals, or fumes
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods (days to weeks), work overtime, and adapt to varying schedules including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise small crews at assigned job sites to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Set up job sites including hoses, barricades, tagging systems, and required equipment
  • Operate equipment such as water blasters, vacuum trucks, hoses, lances, and aerial lifts
  • Perform hands-on labor including water blasting, vacuuming, and material removal
  • Direct crew members in completing manual and technical job tasks
  • Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites as needed
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring proper fluid levels and operational readiness
  • Perform minor equipment and vehicle repairs in the field when necessary
  • Clean and prepare equipment for return to the branch location
  • Follow all MPW health and safety policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Support crew members directly by assisting with labor and technical responsibilities
  • Adapt to changing job conditions and assume multiple roles as needed on-site
  • Communicate job progress, issues, and needs with supervisors and team members
  • Maintain professional appearance and readiness for work at all times
