The candidate we are looking for should be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities to include proficiency in the following restaurant duties:
Requirements
- Proficiency in restaurant duties
- Ability to respect customers, management and other employees
- Ability to interact with customers in a pleasant and upbeat fashion
- Ability to follow food safety procedures
- Ability to perform all food preparation and station duties including beverages, operating the grill, fry and/or steam stations, cashier and janitorial duties according to Company standards
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, teamwork, along with a willingness to learn
- Ability to demonstrate a high-level quality of work, attendance and appearance
- Ability to adhere to all Company policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to adhere to all local, state and federal laws
