About The Position

We are a landscape maintenance company in Tempe looking for Landscape Laborers with excellent driving records. This role offers a great working environment and excellent medical/vacation benefits. The Crew Lead for Landscape Maintenance will start at $20-$23/hr DOE.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership or crew lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal maintenance.
• Ability to manage crew productivity and job quality.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a maintenance crew on daily routes.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Communicate with management as needed.
• Train and support crew members.
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment.
