Sherman Pole Buildings is taking applications for a Crew Laborer position.

Requirements

• Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous carpentry experience preferred but we also value the opportunity to teach somebody from the ground up
