Requirements
- Ability to lead, mentor, and maintain team integrity.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Proficient with RFIs, Change Orders, and site compliance documentation.
- A proactive, positive attitude backed by a commitment to 100% safety compliance.
- Self-driven leader who pays attention to detail and can command a job site with minimal supervision.
