RRC is seeking a talented Crew Chief to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our Austin/Round Rock Texas office. Requirements

2+ years experience as Party/Crew Chief in Oil and Gas including operating TSC3 and TSC7
Prior experience on Data Center projects preferred
Experience in data collection and field computations
Background in construction layout including building staking, parking staking, utilities staking, and boundary search
Experience with Trimble S6/S5 series robotics
Experience with Trimble R8 and R10 units, level loops, and establishing benchmarks
Ability to run OPUS Solution Calculations on Civil 3D program
Ability to lead survey crews independently on job sites

Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact between field crews and office-based project personnel
Interpret and execute work based on project scopes, maps, and documentation
Navigate to projects including driving long distances in a safe manner
Work in inclement weather, when necessary
Responsible for all equipment assigned
Confirm the job is correct when you leave the field
Be respectful to all clients
Responsible for upholding company values
Utilize Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
Perform accurate fieldwork and ensure the success of projects
