Requirements

• Crew age requirement: 16
• Shift Leader age requirement: 18

Responsibilities

• Prepping, making and serving all Auntie Anne's products in an appropriate fashion.
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety (for Shift Leader).
• Monitoring breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees (for Shift Leader).
• Assisting with training new employees (for Shift Leader).
