Chestnut Land Company is the largest and fastest-growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. We are seeking a Crew and Shift Leader to join our team at the Franklin Park Mall location. This role involves ensuring a high-quality customer experience through food preparation, service, and maintaining operational standards in the absence of management. Requirements

• Crew age requirement: 16
• Shift Leader age requirement: 18

Responsibilities

• Prepping, making, and serving all Auntie Anne's products in an appropriate fashion.
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Monitoring breaks, overtime, and scheduling for employees.
• Assisting with training new employees.
