About The Position

Auntie Anne's is seeking a Crew and Shift Leader to join their team at the Sugarloaf Mills location. Auntie Anne's is known for its homemade, freshly baked, golden brown soft pretzels served with a smile. Chestnut Land Company, the largest and fastest growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, is offering this opportunity. This role involves delivering a high-quality customer experience through food preparation, baking, serving, and customer interaction. The Shift Leader will also be responsible for directing restaurant operations in the absence of management, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. Chestnut Land Company, a franchisee of Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon, has grown significantly since 1994 to become the largest domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Soft Pretzels, with over 100 locations across 14 states. Requirements

• Crew age requirement: 16
• Shift Leader age requirement: 18

Responsibilities

• Prep, bake, and serve pretzels and other products.
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Deliver a high-quality experience on behalf of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.
• Work together with other staff on various tasks.
• Direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Monitor breaks, overtime, and scheduling for employees.
• Assist with training new employees.
