About The Position

Auntie Anne’s is known for its homemade, freshly baked, golden brown soft pretzels that are served with a smile. Chestnut Land Company is the largest and fastest-growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Crew and Shift Leaders. This role involves ensuring high-quality product preparation, excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards in the absence of management. Requirements

• Crew age requirement: 16
• Shift Leader age requirement: 18

Responsibilities

• Prepping, baking, and serving pretzels and other products.
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Monitoring employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling (for Shift Leaders).
• Assisting with training new employees (for Shift Leaders).
