Crew and Shift Lead - Food Truck
About The Position
Auntie Anne’s is known for our homemade, freshly baked, golden-brown soft pretzels served with a smile! Come grow with Chestnut Land Company, the largest and fastest-growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. This role involves delivering a high-quality experience by prepping, baking, and serving signature products directly from a mobile food truck. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to keep operations moving smoothly. As a Shift Lead, you will direct daily food truck operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and mobile workplace safety. You will also monitor truck employee breaks, overtime, and scheduling, and assist with training and onboarding new food truck team members.
Requirements
